Wholesale Information & Terms

Please read the following information before placing your wholesale order.

Wholesale Products

Soap bar discount offers do not apply to wholesale orders. Please only select products listed within our Wholesale Collection when placing a wholesale order.

Other products available in our main shop that are not included in the Wholesale Collection are not available at wholesale prices. If these items are added to your cart, they will be charged at the full retail price.

Minimum Order

Minimum wholesale order value: £100

Minimum quantity: 5 units per individual product

If the minimum order value or the 5-unit minimum for an individual product is not met, a red error message will appear at checkout asking you to adjust your order.

Delivery & Postage

Free postage on wholesale orders over £250.

For orders under £250, postage and packaging will be calculated following your order, with a maximum charge of £20.

Wholesale orders are sent via Royal Mail fully tracked service or DHL.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched, starting from the date your invoice has been paid.

Please note: during the Christmas ordering season, from October through December, our usual processing time may need to be extended depending on order volumes.

Before Placing Your Order

Please make sure your shipping and contact details are fully completed and up to date before adding products to your cart. Incomplete details can cause issues when checking out.

Handmade Products

All our soaps are handmade in small batches, so colours, patterns and finishes may vary slightly from the photographs shown. This is a natural part of handmade production and makes each batch unique.

Occasionally, soaps included within our gift boxes may differ from those pictured or listed, depending on product availability at the time your order is made.

Bath Bombs

Bath bombs are made to order, so wholesale orders containing bath bombs may require a longer processing time before dispatch.
