FREE DELIVERY on orders over £40. This will be applied automatically at checkout.

We will always endeavour to despatch your item as quickly as possible. Due to a lot of our items being handmade & packed to order there may be times this will have to be extended. We will always endeavour to notify this to you in advance following your order if this is the case but please allow up to 7 working days for despatch. 

Our standard post service is through Royal Mail 48 fully tracked service. There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service with a guarantee to prioritise your order and (where possible and assuming your items are immediately available) to despatch the next working day . Please utilise this if you are asking for faster delivery. Please Note: Upgrading does not necessarily mean we will automatically despatch your order any quicker than the stated terms above, but it should be delivered quicker once despatched. We will prioritise orders that have upgraded to express.

Royal Mail  48 hour tracked postage cost is £3.75 & delivery should be within 48 hours of despatch.

Royal Mail 24 hour tracked is an available option at checkout. Delivery should be within 24 hours of despatch excluding weekends or bank holidays. Delivery delays are out of our control.

You will be notified of a parcel tracking reference following despatch. Please utilise this to check on updates following despatch.

We are no longer able to offer free local delivery but you can still take advantage of the collect service from us. Where possible please aim to collect during business hours 9-5 Mon-Fri.

Very occasionally a parcel may be lost in the post. We appreciate the inconvenience this can cause & is also felt by us as we have to write off the cost of the items & then refund you or resend. Due to this we do state that you have to allow up to 14 days before we can confirm that this has been lost in the post & will issue a refund or replacement at this point.
