Unwanted Items

If you've changed your mind about an item, please contact us at madaboutnature@outlook.com and let us know you wish to return it.

For eligible online orders, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 16 days to return them. Some exceptions apply. Please contact us before returning your order so we can explain the process.

We also offer a goodwill exchange service for unwanted items for up to 28 days after delivery, subject to the items being unused and in a resalable condition. Exchanges are for the value of the original goods. Return postage for unwanted items is your responsibility, except where the law requires otherwise.

Please include your order reference and package the items securely. Contact us for the return address.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if something isn't right with your order. Please email madaboutnature@outlook.com and tell us what's happened.

If your order arrives damaged, please include photographs of the item and packaging if possible. This helps us understand the problem and resolve it quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. If an item is unavailable, we'll discuss the available options with you.

We may ask you to return an item so we can investigate the problem. We'll explain the arrangements when you contact us. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
